📝 Position Summary

The Project Specialist role at the S11 level is critical for planning, coordinating, and communicating clinical study timelines, ensuring smooth operational execution and adherence to regulations. You will collaborate across clinical, regulatory, and data management teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and communicate clinical study timelines and milestones to ensure project progress.

  • Coordinate input from cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, data management) for comprehensive and timely deliverables.

  • Standardize clinical study processes to ensure consistency across trials.

  • Oversee operational aspects of clinical trials, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, and country-specific regulations.

  • Manage site and vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management for quality and timely service delivery.

  • Prepare and monitor clinical trial budgets, ensuring financial compliance.

  • Track clinical trial progress using key performance indicators; proactively follow up on deviations.

  • Implement clinical development strategies as outlined by clinical teams.

  • Develop trial recruitment strategies, including target population identification and monitoring enrollment.

  • Maintain accurate process documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support project coordination, reporting, and data management tasks.

  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data handling and reporting.

  • Finance and budget knowledge considered a plus.


🎓 Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical project management or related field.

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, SOP, GCP, and country regulations.

  • Certification in Clinical Project Management or related field preferred.

  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification preferred.

  • Candidates from Hyderabad and Gurgaon preferred.
