Position Overview

MD Kids, in partnership with Pediatrics Associates, is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their float team in Dallas, TX. This unique opportunity allows you to work across multiple practices, experiencing the diversity of patient care in various clinic settings. As a float clinician, you’ll help fill in for other providers on leave or PTO, ensuring continuity of care while maintaining a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

βœ”οΈ Provide comprehensive pediatric care across multiple clinics
βœ”οΈ Collaborate with experienced pediatric teams to deliver exceptional care
βœ”οΈ Support clinicians while they are out on leave or PTO
βœ”οΈ Opportunity to see different patient demographics and clinic operations

Qualifications

βœ”οΈ Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
βœ”οΈ Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam
βœ”οΈ Nurse Practitioners must be board certified (ANCC or PNCB)
βœ”οΈ Current, unrestricted license in Texas
βœ”οΈ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
βœ”οΈ Must have experience in general pediatrics
