Clinical Nurse Reviewer I – ICON plc | Remote (India)

Job Summary

ICON plc, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Reviewer I to work remotely from Bangalore, Chennai, or Trivandrum. In this role, you will compile and manage adjudication dossiers for Clinical Endpoint Committees, contributing to data accuracy and compliance in endpoint-driven trials. Ideal for Registered Nurses (RNs) with 2+ years of clinical or drug development experience, this role offers a flexible home-based setup within a high-performing global team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and quality check adjudication package components for clinical endpoint committees

  • Build complete and logically organized dossiers to support endpoint adjudication

  • Interpret medical data including conditions, labs, and procedures

  • Respond to queries from adjudicators, clinical sites, and stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GCP, and MedDRA coding standards

  • Track committee performance and contribute to periodic reports

  • Use electronic data systems such as eCRFs, databases, and Microsoft Office tools

  • Work with cross-functional teams to extract, code, and report clinical event data

  • Ensure timely reporting and data integrity for clinical trial endpoints


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drug development, clinical trials, or healthcare settings

  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations, GCP, and MedDRA coding

  • Experience in clinical research or data management preferred

  • Familiarity with electronic data capture systems (eCRFs)

  • Critical thinking and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Organized with ability to manage multiple complex datasets

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
