Nurse Navigator – Syneos Health | Portland, OR

Job Summary:
Syneos Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Navigator for its on-site team in Portland, Oregon. This role blends patient advocacy, clinical education, and pharmaceutical care support. As a registered nurse, you’ll provide inbound and outbound patient communications, deliver virtual training, and assist in managing chronic conditions with injectable therapies. Ideal for nurses who are passionate about improving patient outcomes in the pharmaceutical sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver inbound and outbound patient support in a pharmaceutical environment

  • Collaborate with regulatory, medical affairs, and Nurse Managers to address patient needs

  • Provide education and training to patients using customer-approved materials

  • Conduct virtual training sessions related to injectable therapies

  • Manage multiple communication channels including calls and emails

  • Troubleshoot clinical concerns and ensure patient issues are resolved effectively

  • Maintain accurate documentation and demonstrate exemplary customer service


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN or BSN)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or patient care for chronic conditions

  • Hands-on experience with injectable therapies

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

  • Preferred: Experience managing chronic conditions such as autoimmune diseases or short bowel syndrome
