Job Title: Registered Nurse (Weekend Nights) – Clinical Research | Madison, WI


Job Summary:

Join a leading global Clinical Research Organization as a Registered Nurse (RN) based in Madison, WI, and play a vital role in early-phase clinical trials. This weekend night shift position (Friday–Sunday, 6 PM–6 AM CST) offers you the opportunity to work directly with healthy volunteers, contribute to the development of groundbreaking therapies, and utilize your nursing skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven research environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-standard nursing care aligned with clinical research protocols.

  • Accurately measure and record vitals such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, and weight.

  • Conduct venipuncture and prepare ECGs/Holters.

  • Collect, process, and distribute biological samples per protocol guidelines.

  • Monitor dietary compliance among research participants.

  • Prepare patient rooms and clinical equipment.

  • Assist in screening procedures as required.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient study environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

  • Active RN license in the applicable state (Wisconsin).

  • 2–3 years of nursing experience (clinical or hospital setting).

  • CPR/AED certified.

  • ACLS certified.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-based, and high-compliance environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
