Nurse Navigator – Syneos Health | Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary:
Syneos Health is seeking a Nurse Navigator for its on-site role in Phoenix, Arizona, focused on patient support in a pharmaceutical setting. This role bridges clinical expertise and patient advocacy, ideal for RNs or BSNs with experience in chronic conditions and injectable therapies. You'll provide virtual training, handle inbound/outbound communication, and guide patients using pharma-approved educational resources.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound and outbound patient support regarding pharmaceutical therapies

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Nurse Manager

  • Conduct virtual training sessions and assist with therapy onboarding

  • Address and troubleshoot patient inquiries using approved clinical materials

  • Deliver empathetic, patient-focused communication and service


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN or BSN required)

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or patient care role

  • Hands-on experience with injectable therapies

  • Strong multitasking, communication, and clinical problem-solving skills

  • Preferred: Experience with chronic care conditions such as autoimmune diseases or short bowel syndrome
