Job Overview

The Nurse Associate will play a key role in delivering structured nursing education programs, enhancing clinical competencies, and ensuring that nursing teams stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and technologies. The position involves designing clinical training modules, conducting in-service education sessions, and evaluating nursing performance to maintain high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Education and Training

  • Conduct in-service education programs for nursing staff to enhance clinical knowledge and patient care practices.

  • Design and deliver structured training modules focused on specialty nursing practices and clinical skill development.

  • Provide evidence-based training to ensure nurses follow the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.

  • Support onboarding and training of newly recruited nursing staff.

Performance Evaluation and Development

  • Monitor and evaluate the clinical performance of nursing professionals.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to improve patient care techniques and nursing efficiency.

  • Identify training needs and develop educational programs to address skill gaps.

Educational Content Development

  • Prepare educational materials, reference resources, and training content for Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs.

  • Develop specialty modules that support professional development for nursing teams.

Technology and Clinical Practice Support

  • Guide nursing staff in utilizing healthcare technologies and clinical tools effectively during patient care.

  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, educational standards, and clinical procedures.

  • Stay updated with emerging medical practices, clinical research, and healthcare advancements.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with hospital leadership, clinical departments, and nursing teams to support clinical training initiatives.

  • Promote collaboration, teamwork, and professional development within the nursing workforce.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree with First Division in 10th and 12th.

  • GNM Nursing / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing from a recognized institution.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in nursing education, clinical training, or hospital-based nursing roles.

  • Prior experience as a Nurse Educator or Clinical Nursing Trainer is highly preferred.
