  • Adverse Event and Product Complaint Management: Identify and document adverse events and product complaints in compliance with FDA’s post-marketing adverse event reporting regulations and EVERSANA's standard operating procedures. Collect necessary information during intake to generate proper reports.

  • Coordination of Product Quality Complaints: Manage responses to product quality complaints, collaborating with other departments such as Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs as needed.

  • Writing and Documentation: Utilize strong writing skills to create custom responses for medical inquiries and adverse event narratives. Ensure good documentation practices and maintain high-quality standards for all interactions.

  • Knowledge Maintenance: Keep up-to-date with product information, therapeutic areas, and client-specific requirements to provide the most accurate and relevant information.

  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion by modeling inclusive behaviors and proactively managing biases in all interactions.

  • Experience in responding to medical inquiries, adverse event reporting, and product complaint handling.
