Purpose of the Role

This position is part of Pfizer’s new specialized team, where the focus is on individuals who can work under pressure, are business-oriented, and possess strong result-driven capabilities. The role will involve supporting medical information needs for the Immuno-Oncology area, ensuring that accurate, timely, and relevant information is provided to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Medical Information Support

  • Provide accurate and timely medical information related to Immuno-Oncology products to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Serve as the key resource for answering complex scientific and clinical questions.
  • Support the development and delivery of product-specific training for internal stakeholders, such as sales and marketing teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and commercial teams, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the global medical information team to ensure alignment with global strategies and local regulatory requirements.

Pressure Management & Result Delivery

  • Demonstrate the ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
  • Focus on achieving business objectives and ensuring the timely execution of key deliverables.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure that all information is compliant with Pfizer’s standards and policies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of medical information activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education

  • A background in a medical or life sciences-related field is preferred.

Experience

  • Previous experience in medical information or a related role in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Immuno-Oncology products or the oncology therapeutic area is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
