Job Responsibilities:

  1. Product Promotion & Professional Support:

    • Under the guidance of the Medical Information Communication Regional Manager, the specialist is responsible for academic promotion of products and providing professional support to customers within the assigned region. This includes customer visits to communicate and provide drug information, organize academic promotion activities, and achieve set targets (e.g., professional skills, compliance, performance, etc.).
  2. Timely & Accurate Customer Support:

    • Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures, while building and maintaining cooperative partnerships.
  3. Effective Use of Resources:

    • Maximize available resources to conduct effective customer visits, helping to achieve work goals, all in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  4. Academic Meetings & Events:

    • Plan and organize various academic meetings and events following company guidelines.
  5. Market & Customer Feedback Collection:

    • Collect market and customer feedback through the company’s management system and other compliant channels, analyze and provide suggestions and insights.
  6. Collaboration & Networking:

    • Maintain effective communication with the manager, colleagues, and other business partners across departments. Identify and promote various collaboration opportunities.
  7. Continuous Professional Development:

    • Under the guidance of the manager, take advantage of learning opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and capabilities.
  8. Implement New Initiatives:

    • Execute company-led initiatives and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization within the framework of company policies and procedures.
  9. Additional Duties:

    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Professional Skills & Compliance:

    • A strong understanding of product information and the ability to communicate it effectively to customers while maintaining strict compliance with company policies.
  2. Collaboration & Initiative:

    • Ability to work well with internal teams and external partners, identify opportunities, and promote collaborations to achieve goals.
  3. Education & Experience:

    • Suitable background in medical or related fields. Professional experience in sales or medical communication is preferred.
  4. Language & Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English.
