Position Overview

The Medical Information Communication Specialist will work under the leadership and guidance of the Regional Medical Information Manager. This role is responsible for academic promotion of products and providing professional support to customers in the assigned area. Key responsibilities include conducting customer visits, organizing academic promotional activities, and gathering feedback to achieve comprehensive performance goals, including professional skills, compliance, behavior, and business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Support

  1. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers, building collaborative relationships in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Effectively utilize resources to conduct customer visits and achieve business objectives.

Academic Promotion and Event Management

  1. Plan and organize academic conferences and promotional activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Market Feedback and Analysis

  1. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback on market and customer information through company systems and other compliant channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Maintain effective communication with managers, colleagues, and other departmental teams to identify and foster collaboration opportunities.

Continuous Learning and Development

  1. Enhance professional knowledge and skills by leveraging learning opportunities under the guidance of the manager.

Innovation and Optimization

  1. Explore innovative and optimized approaches to implement new company initiatives in compliance with company policies.

Additional Duties

  1. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate degree or higher, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork awareness.
  • Willingness to learn and strong learning capability.
  • Self-motivated, capable of taking on challenges, and managing stress effectively.

Experience

  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Integrity

  • Strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including but not limited to FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and Chinese anti-corruption laws.
  • A clean track record with no history of legal violations.
