Job Responsibilities:

  1. Medical Information Communication:

    • Communicate medical information in accordance with company policies and procedures to achieve company targets legally and compliantly.
  2. Market Insights & Suggestions:

    • Provide timely market information and offer appropriate suggestions.
  3. Meeting Applications & Reimbursement:

    • Apply for and reimburse PIM (Product Information Meeting), in-hospital meetings, and inter-hospital meetings within the MICS (Medical Information Communication Strategy) region.
  4. Relationship Building:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers while upholding the company’s image.
  5. Compliance & Conduct:

    • Adhere strictly to compliance requirements, manage personal conduct, and ensure that all daily tasks comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
      • Completing compliance training.
      • Maintaining integrity, transparency, and accurate reimbursement of expenses that meet company policy.
      • Proactively consult with managers, satellite teams, legal, internal control, or compliance teams for any compliance-related doubts.

    • College degree or higher, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related fields.
  5. Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office and good English proficiency.
  6. Internal Candidate Requirements:

    • Internal candidates applying for this position must not have received any compliance warnings or higher-level disciplinary actions within the last 12 months and must disclose any past compliance-related disciplinary actions.
    • Must not be under investigation.
