Job Description
Position Overview:
As part of our integrated life sciences compliance team, you’ll support some of the most advanced Biopharma and research companies worldwide, helping innovate therapies for rare and critical therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Neurology, Immuno-oncology, and Immunology. This role, within the EVERSANA Compliance team, reports to the Manager, Medical Content Development and collaborates with Medical Information, Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, and Quality teams.

You will work with clients across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and digital therapeutics industries, providing essential content development services for various commercial engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support content development for commercialization deals and medical consulting services.
  • Write medical and scientific content, including Scientific Response Documents (SRD), FAQs, slide decks, abstracts, posters, education/training materials, and more.
  • Lead the document development process, from gathering materials to conducting document reviews during Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) meetings.
  • Use EVERSANA’s document management platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats) to upload and annotate documents.
  • Perform scientific data fact-checking to support MLR teams.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Medical Content Development to strategize and execute content approaches.
  • Participate in client meetings and support thought leadership articles, newsletters, congress presentations, and blogs.
  • Contribute to the creation and updates of SOPs, style guides, and templates.
  • Mentor and coach team members and assist with onboarding.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and support leadership in adopting new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Job Expectations:

  • Focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Medical Information and Medical Affairs teams, taking direction from management and clients.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Work independently to create high-quality, scientifically accurate, and compliant content.
  • Address any quality issues proactively and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Travel: Up to 10% (post-COVID).
  • Work Hours: Typically 40+ hours/week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing medical content for new product launches, including Medical Information materials.
  • Experience publishing abstracts, posters, or manuscripts.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault MedComms/PromoMats.
  • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas.

Physical and Mental Demands:
The job requires sitting for long periods, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and multitasking in a moderately quiet office environment with frequent interruptions.
