Job Description

Profile Summary

As a Portfolio Leader, you will manage a team of BI professionals, transforming data into actionable insights to support operations and improve financial outcomes. The role also focuses on cost optimization and client management.


Key Responsibilities

Process

  • Monitor SLAs and communicate trends to stakeholders.

  • Identify data gaps and trends within reports.

  • Resolve escalations and systemic issues to improve cash flow.

  • Deliver client-facing reports, dashboards, and automation solutions.

  • Forecast cash using BI tools and conduct drill-down analysis.

  • Lead new transitions to establish effective reporting systems.

People

  • Manage team performance via coaching and feedback.

  • Address attrition through proactive engagement.

  • Promote learning culture via training programs.

  • Prioritize and monitor project timelines and deliverables.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.

Client

Role Prerequisites

  • 5+ years in US healthcare RCM (for margin roles)

  • 3+ years in team management (reporting analysts)


Functional Competencies

  • Advanced Excel, queries, and numerical skills

  • Strong RCM domain knowledge (esp. Collections)
