Role Overview

Sanofi is seeking a Manager – HEVA (Evidence Synthesis) to support global and US market access strategies through robust evidence generation. The role is functionally aligned with Global HEVA Business Partners and Evidence Synthesis Leads, managing multiple projects across therapeutic areas.

The position focuses on planning, executing, and delivering high-quality health economics and value-based evidence to support reimbursement, pricing, and access decisions across the product lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

Evidence Generation & Strategy

  • Lead and manage evidence synthesis projects across assigned portfolios to support global and US market access strategies

  • Develop and execute research plans supporting pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence generation

  • Deliver evidence including burden of illness studies, epidemiology, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes

  • Lead development of Core Value Dossiers (CVDs) and AMCP dossiers in alignment with global HEVA strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Global HEVA Business Partners, RWE, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access teams

  • Identify evidence gaps and support the design of innovative research programs aligned with product strategy

  • Ensure timely delivery of customized evidence outputs while maintaining quality and scientific rigor

Leadership & Content Development

  • Create complex strategic HEVA content independently

  • Review and provide quality oversight for deliverables developed by HEVA associates

  • Coach and mentor HEVA team members to build technical and therapeutic expertise

  • Develop and maintain deep Therapeutic Area (TA) knowledge

Process & Governance

  • Own HEVA evidence generation processes, templates, and standards across the portfolio

  • Ensure compliance with internal HEVA guidelines, global standards, and best practices

  • Drive innovation in evidence generation, dissemination, and training delivery methods

  • Leverage advanced digital and analytical tools to enhance evidence impact and accessibility


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HEOR / HEVA within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, consulting, or academia

  • Proven expertise in evidence synthesis and market access support for global and US markets

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline; medical degree preferred

  • Strong understanding of reimbursement systems, payer decision-making, and value drivers

  • Demonstrated experience with HTA methodologies, economic modeling, and payer evidence strategies
