Job Description

As a Manager – Delivery Quality, your primary responsibility is to ensure quality delivery operations across assigned medical coding projects. You will lead performance analysis, client servicing, and team management functions with a strong focus on continuous process improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Align the team with client-specific training requirements and process updates

  • Analyze performance results and initiate effective process improvements

  • Determine staffing levels and implement efficient workforce strategies

  • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure operational alignment

  • Conduct regular team meetings with direct reports

  • Communicate process and client updates in a timely manner and maintain records

  • Act as a single point of contact for Team Leaders regarding client or employee concerns

  • Oversee daily operations: productivity, quality metrics, absenteeism tracking

  • Drive timely completion of team performance appraisals in compliance with policy


Job Specifications

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Medical Coding, specifically in Surgery and Evaluation & Management (E&M)

  • Proven expertise in Client Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Quality Oversight

  • Strong experience in Team and People Management

  • Must possess valid coding certifications such as CPC, CCS, COC, AHIMA

  • Exposure to quality management frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous
