Launch Planning Manager – Gastro (Launch Incubation)

Job Summary:

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking an experienced Launch Planning Manager to lead and manage innovative pharmaceutical assets in the gastroenterology therapeutic area. The role focuses on product lifecycle management, market strategy, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional collaboration from early incubation (T-24) to pre-launch phases (T-6). This is a high-impact role crucial for introducing breakthrough products to market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for innovative gastroenterology assets.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define product vision, positioning, and value proposition.

  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and medical affairs for integrated product development.

  • Ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans including pricing, distribution, and market access.

  • Drive the product lifecycle, ensuring regulatory and market readiness for successful launch.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to align development and commercialization strategies.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and competitor products to refine strategy.

  • Track product performance metrics such as sales, market share, and customer feedback.

  • Present regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in STEM field; MBA from a reputed (Tier 1) institute.

  • Experience: 7–10 years in pharmaceutical marketing with proven launch expertise.

  • Therapy Area Expertise: Gastroenterology or Dermatology preferred.

  • Core Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Capability to craft compelling, science-backed marketing narratives.
