Launch Planning Manager – Dermatology (Launch Incubation)

Job Summary:

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is hiring a Launch Planning Manager to oversee the strategy, development, and commercialization of innovative dermatology pharmaceutical assets within its Incubation cluster. This key role is responsible for developing product lifecycle strategies from concept (T-24) to pre-launch (T-6) stages, ensuring alignment with marketing, regulatory, medico-marketing, and market access functions to drive successful market introduction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and strategy for dermatology assets.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define product vision and value proposition.

  • Align product strategy with company goals and internal stakeholders including R&D, marketing, sales, and medical affairs.

  • Lead lifecycle management: planning, development, launch execution, and post-launch evaluation.

  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies covering pricing, market access, and distribution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent development and launch plans.

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities for strategy optimization.

  • Track performance indicators such as sales, market share, and feedback to refine strategies.

  • Present performance insights, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM; MBA from a reputed Tier 1 institution.

  • Experience: 7–10 years of core marketing experience with a proven track record of launching innovative pharmaceutical products.

  • Preferred Expertise: Dermatology therapeutic area.
