Job Description:
As a Managing Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team focused on pharma pricing data. This includes supporting clients with customized reports and consulting on various pricing issues, such as price changes, patent expiry, generic substitution, and reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team associates working within the Pharma domain process and ensure that deliverables meet the agreed timelines.
  • Create customized Excel reports tailored to clients’ specific requirements.
  • Handle consulting requests related to price changes, patent expiry, generic substitution, and indication-based reimbursement.
  • Ensure quality management across all deliverables and foster continuous improvements within the team.
  • Oversee people and performance management, including attrition and resource optimization.
  • Maintain effective client communication and deliver high-quality service.
  • Stay informed on regulatory agencies in the USA, Europe, and Japan.
  • Preferred experience in oncology, though knowledge of other therapy areas is also valuable.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in market research, data analysis, or pharmaceutical pricing.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical domains is mandatory.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical market access is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Macros is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, biotech, or life sciences.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $83,000 to $112,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
