About the Role

Health Monitor is seeking a driven and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing team. This is a direct hire, hybrid position, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration (3 days per week in Montvale, NJ).

As an ISR, you’ll play a vital role in connecting healthcare providers and patients through meaningful communication, driving new business, and strengthening existing relationships within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, including new client acquisition and territory growth.

  • Execute against management’s Plan of Action (POA) and align quarterly sales strategy with business objectives.

  • Make 25+ calls per day to target leads and nurture ongoing relationships with physicians.

  • Expand Health Monitor’s market share through prospecting and upselling opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned healthcare systems and offices.

  • Provide exceptional service to enhance Health Monitor’s reputation and client satisfaction.

  • Support the post-sale process by managing content updates and maintaining existing client networks.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with regional sales counterparts and internal ambassadors to achieve shared goals.

  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including order entry in NetSuite and expense reporting.

  • Identify and resolve client issues quickly and professionally.


Qualifications

โœ… Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience required.

โœ… Experience:

  • Minimum 1+ year of B2B, medical/dental device, or pharmaceutical sales experience.

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

โœ… Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to engage clients professionally and build trust.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required.


Compensation & Benefits

๐Ÿ’ฐ Base Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually.
๐Ÿ’Ž Actual compensation depends on experience, education, and location.
