Summary

The Healthcare & Research Data Analyst will join the Product Support team for MedTech Insights, responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of market research reports and other company deliverables. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business communication.

This position offers exposure to dynamic medical markets, multiple product lines, and opportunities to work cross-functionally within the organization.


About You (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree (preferably in English or Business)

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in market research, content review, editing, or quality review

  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated and keen to learn about the medical device industry


Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Content Review

  • Interpret data and content from market research analysts and translate them into clear business writing

  • Perform detailed edits on reports and publications to ensure professionalism, quality, and adherence to house style

  • Identify discrepancies or gaps in logic between text and data tables and recommend corrective actions

  • Assist in data checking, report uploading, and reviewing marketing materials

Quality Control & Process Improvement

  • Convey complex topics to a broad audience while identifying content and organizational issues

  • Resolve discrepancies between data and text, maintain content structure, consistency, and organization

  • Provide training resources and recommend strategies to analysts to improve baseline quality of deliverables

  • Support monitoring of report production timelines and communications to ensure team goals are met

  • Contribute to process and product improvement initiatives related to workflow, product structure, or knowledge management

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with Product Support team members and market research analysts to achieve results

  • Provide feedback and guidance to analysts during content and data review

  • Participate in team initiatives and cross-functional collaborations


About the Team

The Product Support team ensures high standards of client deliverables by auditing content, data, and structural form. The team is involved in content reviews, training, schedule oversight, and other initiatives. Team members are located in Toronto and India, working collaboratively in a close-knit environment.
