About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Associate, R&D Learning Enablement to support learning, knowledge, and content delivery operations within the R&D Knowledge & Learning function. This role is part of the R&D Strategy & Operations organization and plays a critical role in enabling effective onboarding, training, and continuous learning across Research & Development (R&D) and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO).

The position supports the R&D Learning Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) by ensuring learning records, content, and knowledge systems are accurate, compliant, auditable, and optimized for global use. The role blends learning operations, data management, content administration, and digital enablement, supporting a modern, longitudinal learning ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and compliant learning and knowledge records across Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge management platforms.

  • Support content uploads, version control, metadata tagging, and archival for onboarding and training programs.

  • Coordinate training logistics, session scheduling, participant rosters, and learner communications.

  • Generate learning activity reports, dashboards, and metrics to support operational and leadership review.

  • Ensure all learning and knowledge documentation remains inspection-ready and audit-compliant.

  • Leverage AI and automation tools for scheduling, notifications, reminders, and reporting efficiency.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining knowledge repositories to ensure easy access and retrieval.

  • Identify and escalate system, data, or process issues to the Learning Enablement Specialist or R&D Learning Lead.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on learning operations, content governance, and knowledge workflows.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Education, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline.

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Learning Enablement or Learning Operations

    • Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration

    • Knowledge Management or Content Management

    • R&D or Life Sciences learning support functions


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, content repositories, and knowledge management systems.

  • Strong understanding of learning data accuracy, compliance documentation, and audit readiness.

  • Experience supporting global onboarding and training programs in regulated environments.

  • Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis related to learning and content activity.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, and digital learning technologies.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research organizations.

  • Exposure to knowledge governance, content lifecycle management, or digital learning transformation initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of compliance expectations within GxP-regulated environments.
