Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Compliance Associate to support and strengthen global and regional healthcare compliance programs, with a primary focus on the JAPAC region. This role plays a key part in promoting adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements while enabling business teams to operate ethically, transparently, and in alignment with global compliance standards.

The position requires a proactive compliance professional with strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of working across geographies in a regulated healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities

Global & Regional Compliance Support

  • Promote adherence to healthcare compliance requirements, both internal and external, across international operations

  • Act as a compliance advocate within the business, supporting ethical decision-making and risk-aware practices

  • Support JAPAC affiliate teams in achieving healthcare compliance objectives and initiatives


Compliance Programs & Process Support

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of global healthcare compliance programs, including Fair Market Value (FMV) frameworks and Country Requirements Overview documentation

  • Support compliance-related systems and platforms, including CDOCS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance policies, SOPs, tools, systems, job aids, and training materials


Risk Identification & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and review documentation to identify potential compliance risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities

  • Track action items and support remediation and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Provide constructive feedback and support implementation of improvement actions


Stakeholder Collaboration & Regional Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for compliance support within the JAPAC region

  • Collaborate closely with managers and global compliance stakeholders to ensure regional and global alignment

  • Work with Training and Systems teams to address local and regional compliance needs


Education, Experience & Skills

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline

Required Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in healthcare compliance, pharmaceutical compliance, medical compliance, or a related regulated environment

  • Experience supporting global or regional compliance programs is preferred


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance principles and regulatory environments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams

  • Proven ability in project coordination, documentation, and administrative support

  • Technology proficiency, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance accuracy

  • Ability to balance business priorities while maintaining compliance integrity

  • Additional language skills are an advantage
