Key Responsibilities
AI Evaluation & Review
Evaluate AI-generated healthcare responses for accuracy and reasoning
Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and gaps
Prompt Development
Write and refine prompts to guide AI behavior in medical scenarios
Fact Checking
Verify medical claims using trusted and authoritative sources
Ensure responses align with real-world clinical knowledge
Annotation & Feedback
Annotate responses with strengths and improvement areas
Assess clarity, tone, and completeness
Quality & Standards
Apply evaluation guidelines, benchmarks, and scoring systems
Ensure responses meet healthcare communication standards
Required Skills
Strong clinical knowledge and medical expertise
Excellent medical writing and communication skills
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Understanding of AI tools and large language models
Ability to evaluate clinical reasoning
Preferred Skills
Experience in AI evaluation or data annotation
