Role Overview

The Healthcare Executive will support the operations of Pfizer’s newly expanded headquarters in Chennai, contributing to field-based healthcare initiatives. The role focuses on managing key accounts, promoting Pfizer products, and ensuring alignment with sales strategies and healthcare compliance requirements.

This position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills to support Pfizer’s mission of improving patient outcomes in India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute field-based healthcare operations and support business expansion initiatives in Chennai

  • Manage and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, and institutions

  • Drive pharmaceutical sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals

  • Provide product information and support to healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize territory performance

  • Track and report field activities and sales metrics to management

  • Support initiatives related to market expansion and new business development

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations


Required Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare field operations, or account management

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing healthcare relationships

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and compliance requirements in India

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related discipline preferred
