Overview
Pfizer is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Executive to drive sales performance and strengthen market presence within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for professionals with strong field engagement skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building relationships with healthcare stakeholders. You will play a critical role in promoting products, achieving sales targets, and contributing to improved patient access to innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities
Drive achievement of sales targets for the assigned territory through effective planning and execution of sales strategies
Develop territory-level sales plans in collaboration with the District Manager and monitor monthly performance against targets
Conduct sales analytics to identify growth opportunities and prioritize key stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, chemists, wholesalers, and hospital stakeholders
Deliver tailored product communication highlighting clinical benefits, research insights, and product differentiation
Ensure regular field visits, adhering to call frequency plans and coverage strategies
Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives within the territory
Organize and support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, group meetings, and speaker sessions to enhance product awareness
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and hospital purchase patterns to inform business strategies
Manage product availability by coordinating with retailers, distributors, and CFAs
Maintain accurate daily reporting of field activities, sales calls, and market intelligence
Ensure timely reporting of adverse events and product complaints in compliance with pharmacovigilance guidelines
Support inventory management and ensure optimal utilization of promotional materials and samples

Operational Excellence and Compliance
Adhere strictly to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
Ensure compliance with ethical sales practices and industry standards
Maintain accurate expense reporting and support receivables collection where required

People and Collaboration
Collaborate with team members and support training or mentoring of field trainees where assigned
Demonstrate strong teamwork and actively contribute to shared business objectives
Promote company values and maintain professional conduct in all stakeholder interactions

Technology Utilization
Leverage digital tools and CRM systems for reporting, analytics, and effective territory management
Utilize technology to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or related roles
