Position Purpose:

As a Group Product Manager (GPM) in the Marketing division, the role involves working closely with commercial management, headquarters (product brand planning), sales management, market access management, medical teams, registration colleagues, communication agencies, and advisory groups. The GPM will manage the Product Life Cycle (PLC) of brands and oversee marketing and sales efforts.


Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to optimize brand portfolio profitability, market share, and revenue growth

  • Lead assignments to help the business unit meet overall business goals

  • Create and execute marketing and promotional plans to support end consumer needs

  • Regularly track business performance and support the portfolio’s growth

  • Conduct market intelligence through primary research and customer engagement

  • Write and execute strategic business and marketing plans in collaboration with prescribers, opinion leaders, round tables, and advisory groups

  • Share joint financial responsibility for budgets (advertising, promotions, conferences, sales materials, website content) and analyze budget income and costs

  • Initiate and coordinate marketing activities and projects

  • Present strategies to staff and train field teams

  • Visit national and international congresses, hospitals, and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs)

  • Translate corporate brand strategy, ensuring alignment with local strategies and visuals

  • Engage with general practitioners, medical specialists, pharmacists, and decision-making units (DMUs) like formulary committees and insurance companies

  • Organize advisory councils, moderate discussions, and give product presentations

  • Collaborate with internal and external media to ensure effective strategy execution


Who You Are:

  • Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharma and MBA (preferably in Marketing or Pharma Marketing)

  • Experience: 10–12 years of total experience, with at least 8+ years in Pharma Marketing

    • Previous or current experience in Cardiology or Diabetology is a plus

  • Therapy Exposure: Cardio-Diabetes therapy is preferred, but candidates from other therapies are also considered

  • Skills:
