Job Description
EVERSANA Life Sciences is looking for Weekly Infusion Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team on a contract basis, providing in-home infusion care through our Infusion program. As an EVERSANA Life Sciences Contract Infusion RN, you will be responsible for delivering patient infusions in the home or other service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, skilled infusion therapy in patients' homes, typically every other week (2-3 hours per session).
  • Complete visit-specific nursing documentation and submit to EVERSANA Life Sciences.
  • Offer focused clinical education and support to patients, families, and caregivers as needed.
  • Coordinate infusion visit schedules with patients and caregivers, based on their availability.
  • Ensure medications and supplies are available for upcoming infusions.
  • Communicate significant changes (e.g., dose changes, therapy tolerance issues) with prescribing physicians, Clinical Nurse Coordinators, and Pharmacists, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, such as on-site visits, documentation review, and patient surveys.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in your state.
  • Recent experience in IV therapy is required.
  • Professional Liability Insurance (minimum of $1 million per occurrence, $3 million aggregate).
  • Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
  • Completion of background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to access and operate private and secured computer, internet, email, telephone, and voicemail.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies, including severe allergic reactions and anaphylaxis.
  • Home care experience preferred; critical care nursing experience is a plus.
