Job Summary:

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving territory sales goals by promoting products to physicians and medical personnel. This role involves educating healthcare professionals on the product's characteristics, treatments, and advantages while maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion

  • Achieve sales goals by promoting products and educating targeted physicians

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and approved speaker programs

  • Work 5 days in the field, with office time for planning, follow-up, and administrative tasks

  • Maintain high levels of call and field productivity

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the territory

  • Execute company marketing plans and business strategies

  • Provide ongoing customer support using company resources and materials

Reporting and Administration

  • Submit accurate reports on sales activities, expenses, and customer interactions

  • Attend sales and medical meetings as required

  • Track progress and provide regular updates to sales leadership


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution

  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably in Pediatrics or Allergy)

  • Proven sales success with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel, including overnight trips


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pediatric or allergy sales

  • Strong understanding of medical, scientific, and commercial information
