Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 (U.S. only; based on experience and location)

Job Summary:

The District Manager will oversee sales activities within the Western U.S. territory, leading a team in the allergy and pediatric therapeutic areas. Responsibilities include setting strategic direction, mentoring sales representatives, ensuring sales growth, and aligning with corporate goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across a designated region

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals

  • Optimize team dynamics, drive sales results, and maximize territory potential

  • Oversee budgeting, P&L, and regional business execution

  • Maintain technical and clinical knowledge to guide the team

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies

  • Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and field sales

  • Travel up to 60%


People Leadership Duties:

  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff

  • Evaluate performance, manage promotions and compensation decisions

  • Ensure cultural alignment and maintain a high-performance culture

  • Influence without authority across departments

  • Recruit and onboard talent


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical leadership experience

  • Strong clinical knowledge and sales analytics skills

  • Proven ability to meet/exceed team sales goals

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and videoconferencing tools

  • Clean driving record


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Pediatrics or Allergy product sales

  • Advanced presentation and strategic planning abilities

  • Knowledge of business planning tools and CRM platforms
