The Pharma Daily is inviting applications for the position of Editorial Production Support Specialist to join a Life Sciences & Healthcare Editorial Production team in Noida. This opportunity is ideal for science editors with pharmaceutical industry knowledge who can transform complex market research data into high-quality, publication-ready insights for global pharmaceutical clients.

This role combines scientific editing, data interpretation, project coordination, and internal stakeholder collaboration to ensure delivery of accurate, commercially relevant, and professionally structured life sciences reports.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in scientific editing, pharmaceutical content development, healthcare market research, or life sciences publishing.
Hands-on experience editing business reports, syndicated research, or analytical publications.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry practices and clinical drug development processes is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline is mandatory.
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Healthcare Management is an advantage.

Core Skills and Competencies

Strong ability to interpret healthcare data and convert insights into structured, commercially focused narratives.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies in technical content, logic, and organization.
Experience editing content in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines independently.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities aligned with business objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working with content management systems is preferred.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret market research data and analytical content to ensure clarity, logical flow, and commercial relevance.
Perform substantive edits on reports, thought leadership articles, and pharmaceutical publications.
Identify discrepancies between text, data tables, and graphical representations.
Address structural, product design, and content organization issues across deliverables.
Ensure consistency in writing style, formatting, and data interpretation across products.
Maintain adherence to quality standards, editorial guidelines, and project timelines.
Collaborate with therapy area analysts and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality output.
Support resolution of content inconsistencies across product lines.
