Qualification:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or an equivalent field.
  • Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is preferred).

Job Description:

  1. Medical Information Handling:

    • Manage medical inquiries in English and ideally one other language.
    • Provide accurate and approved responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal pharmaceutical clients.
    • Act as a call-handling agent in the Medical Information dedicated call center.
  2. Call Management:

    • Receive and respond to calls related to medical services, medical devices, vaccines, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical products.
    • Understand caller requirements and provide precise information during inbound and outbound calls.
    • Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing queries efficiently.
  3. Follow-ups & Documentation:

    • Conduct follow-up calls to obtain complete adverse event information if initial details are incomplete.
    • Maintain communication with reporters/enquirers to collect all necessary information.
  4. Research & Collaboration:

    • Prepare responses based on literature research and collaboration with internal and external physicians.
    • Assist pharmaceutical clients' internal departments with medical queries as needed.
  5. 24/7 Support Services:

    • Participate in out-of-hours medical information services for clients who require 24/7 inquiry handling.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate medical information while ensuring excellent customer service.
