About the Role

Genmab is seeking a Director, Feasibility Lead to drive strategic, data-driven feasibility practices across clinical development programs. This senior leadership role combines operational ownership, strategic influence, and team development, ensuring clinical trials are optimally designed and executed. The Director will lead complex feasibility initiatives, provide subject matter expertise, and mentor colleagues to elevate capability within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Feasibility Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end feasibility assessments for priority or complex development programs, including country and site selection, patient recruitment forecasting, and operational risk evaluation.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Development Operations, Clinical Strategy, and external partners to optimize study design and operational delivery.

  • Shape feasibility methodologies and standards by integrating internal/external data, novel technologies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Represent Strategic Feasibility in governance forums, clearly communicating insights, risks, and recommendations.

Team Development & Mentorship

  • Mentor Associate Directors and other feasibility team members.

  • Contribute to capability-building, coaching, and knowledge sharing across the feasibility function.

  • Support cross-functional alignment, driving adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead scenario modeling, country allocation, PI identification, and enrollment planning.

  • Partner with the Head of Strategic Feasibility on resourcing, standards, and vendor strategy.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization at the intersection of feasibility, technology, and data science.


Requirements

  • Education: BS/BA required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: 8–10+ years in clinical drug development with extensive feasibility experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments.

  • Proven experience leading complex, global feasibility initiatives.

  • Track record of cross-functional leadership in matrixed organizations.

  • Experience mentoring or managing colleagues in formal or project-based capacities.

  • Strong analytical skills in feasibility-related metrics, operational scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Compensation (US-Based Roles)

Salary Range: USD 183,040 – 274,560 annually
Actual salary will reflect experience, skills, and location. Additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives may apply.
