Contract and Budget Associate – Greece (Full-Time, Permanent)

Excelya | Full-Time | Permanent | Greece

Excelya is seeking a Contract and Budget Associate to support clinical trial agreements, budget negotiations, and vendor contracts. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Excelya & Client SOPs, guidelines, and international regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts and study budgets with sites for clinical trials and observational studies.
  • Prepare clinical research contracts with sponsors.
  • Support the resolution of contract issues and coordinate with local vendors.
  • Maintain contract tracking in the appropriate systems and ensure accurate archiving.
  • Assist the Study Manager in reviewing budget templates and ensuring Fair Market Value compliance.
  • Manage the Clinical Trials Insurance process.
  • Escalate contract and budget issues to relevant departments as needed.
  • Track Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and ensure payments align with contracts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • University or technical institute degree in finance, accounting, legal, or sciences (preferred).
  • Experience in clinical research related to clinical trials.
  • Additional experience in legal, finance, administration, accounting, or contracting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English.
