Job Title: Consultant

Job Overview:
Navitas Life Sciences is seeking a Consultant to deliver consultancy projects, manage client relationships, and support business development activities. This role involves contributing to project planning, execution, and documentation, with a focus on providing effective and distinctive solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as Patient Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development, or Regulatory Affairs and possess strong analytical and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation:

    • Own project deliverables and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the effective delivery of consultancy solutions.
    • Contribute to the development of project plans and the design/implementation of project recommendations.
    • Support client workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews as necessary.
  • Data Analysis & Documentation:

    • Conduct data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support project recommendations.
    • Prepare and file project documentation, such as status reports and project updates.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external teams.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of client needs and contribute to meeting those needs through consultancy services.
    • Identify business development opportunities and refer them to the project lead or account owner.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work effectively with project teams and internal colleagues to achieve project goals.
    • Support company initiatives and contribute to the development of collateral, such as case studies and tools.
  • Professional Development:

    • Actively participate in company meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Demonstrate professionalism and personal responsibility for task completion and self-development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • At least 3 years in the Life Sciences industry or consulting.
    • Preferred experience in Patient Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development, or Regulatory Affairs.
  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical thinking and consulting skills (process mapping, workshop facilitation, problem-solving).
    • Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Experience with client interviewing techniques and project management.
    • Ability to build client relationships and understand client needs.
  • Education:

    • A strong degree (2:1) in a relevant subject (e.g., Science or industry-related).
    • PhD or MBA is preferable.
