Job Description
Position Overview:
This role is within the Medical Communications team as part of integrated commercial services. The position focuses on delivering industry-leading services in case processing, covering adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Process adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
Identify adverse events and product complaints during the entry of medical inquiries.
Utilize writing skills to compose adverse event reports, complaint reports, correspondences, and medical inquiry responses.
Coordinate quality-related complaints, interacting with departments like Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and the complainant.
Leverage drug information expertise to analyze medical literature and develop information for healthcare professionals.
Engage in miscellaneous projects, including market research, system development, sales training, and field liaison support.
Medical writing and additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or Medicine (M.D.)
Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience, medical information, pharmacovigilance, or related healthcare experience.
Skills: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) and in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Familiarity with Medical Information Management Systems or Safety Databases is an asset.
