Job Description
Position Overview:
This role is within the Medical Communications team as part of integrated commercial services. The position focuses on delivering industry-leading services in case processing, covering adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Identify adverse events and product complaints during the entry of medical inquiries.
  • Utilize writing skills to compose adverse event reports, complaint reports, correspondences, and medical inquiry responses.
  • Coordinate quality-related complaints, interacting with departments like Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and the complainant.
  • Leverage drug information expertise to analyze medical literature and develop information for healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in miscellaneous projects, including market research, system development, sales training, and field liaison support.
  • Medical writing and additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or Medicine (M.D.)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience, medical information, pharmacovigilance, or related healthcare experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) and in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Familiarity with Medical Information Management Systems or Safety Databases is an asset.
