Role Summary

The Clinical Trial Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing clinical trials at the country level, ensuring timely and high-quality study execution from start-up to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders at the country level.

  • Coordinate country cross-functional teams and collaborate with global study team members.

  • Oversee country-level study feasibility, target setting, and patient recruitment strategy.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.

  • Manage local vendors, including investigator site contracts and budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

  • Validate study-related materials and oversee Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).

  • Lead site initiation visits, study team meetings, and monitor site relationships.

  • Ensure inspection readiness and support health authority inspections.

  • Manage financial and contractual processes, including study budgets and agreements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of industry-related experience in clinical trial management.

  • Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and country-specific regulations.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with proven leadership capabilities.

  • Knowledge of clinical trial systems such as CTMS, eDC, and eTMF.
