Role Overview

Functional Knowledge:

  • Strong expertise in Central Monitoring and supporting data platforms.
  • Ability to identify critical data and processes during protocol review and support protocol risk evaluation.
  • Proficient in analytic modeling methods, such as regression, classification, and clustering.
  • Skilled in handling and interpreting large data sets to identify and solve data problems.
  • Experienced in aggregate data review and visualization using advanced software tools.

Business Expertise:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Central Monitoring in clinical studies.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.

Leadership:

  • Serve as a functional lead, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Possess 3–4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Problem Solving:

  • Utilize established procedures and practices to address challenges and make independent decisions.
  • Recommend improvements to processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.

Impact:

  • Contribute to the achievement of short- to medium-term goals within your work area through individual effort.
  • Operate independently, with work assessed at key points.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Communicate effectively and adapt delivery style to persuade and inform.
  • Encourage and facilitate site oversight and decision-making by the clinical team.
