Job Responsibilities:

  1. Medical Information Communication:

    • Deliver medical information in accordance with company policies and procedures to achieve business goals legally and compliantly.
  2. Market Information & Recommendations:

    • Provide timely market insights and appropriate recommendations to improve business strategies.
  3. Meeting & Event Management:

    • Apply for and manage reimbursements for PIM, in-hospital meetings, and inter-hospital meetings within the MICS region.
  4. Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring the company’s image is preserved and strengthened.
  5. Compliance & Integrity:

    • Adhere strictly to compliance requirements and ensure daily tasks align with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
      • Actively completing compliance training.
      • Maintaining honesty, transparency, and accuracy in reporting expenses.
      • Seeking advice from managers, satellite teams, legal, internal control, and compliance teams if compliance-related doubts arise.

Qualifications:

    • Strong communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  3. Self-motivation & Stress Management:

  4. Educational Background:

    • Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related fields.
  5. Technical & Language Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English.

Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:

  • Must have no compliance warnings or higher-level disciplinary records within the last 12 months at Pfizer and disclose any past compliance-related disciplinary actions.
