Job Description

Sandoz is undergoing a transformative period as a global leader in Generic and Biosimilar medicines. Join us as a Business Analyst within our Supply Chain Solutions Team and contribute to the future of our Digital Supply Chain Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and translate supply chain requirements into global system specifications.
  • Lead and consult on global development and roll-out projects.
  • Ensure eCarrier and Labeling systems are well-documented.
  • Collaborate with PQMs and participate in system tests, preparing test cases.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders across Warehousing, Distribution, Logistic-Execution, and Labeling to improve efficiency and add value.
  • Identify and analyze business requirements and processes to develop new technology/system solutions.
  • Lead the development of Global supply chain user requirements documents.
  • Support collaboration with platform teams to maximize customer value.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Effective project execution (quality, time, cost).
  • Process efficiency and uninterrupted operational stability.
  • Accurate business process modeling and documentation.
  • Successful collaboration on Supply Chain Technology projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Business, or a similar field.

Work Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in the process industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals, leveraging digital technology/big data.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain solutions project management.
  • 3+ years of experience with Computerized System Validation (CSV) in the pharmaceutical industry.

Skills:

  • Strong business analysis and requirements management skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, proactive thinking, and effective communication.
  • Expertise in process architecture and IT industry standard lifecycle management practices.
  • In-depth understanding of current Supply Chain IT solutions (Labelling, TMS, Warehouse Management).
  • Solid experience in GxP classified environments.

Languages:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
