Position Overview:
Clario is seeking a Business Process Specialist to support the Client Education team by driving process improvements, analyzing workflows, and implementing automation solutions. This role works closely with the Business Analyst and Process Change Manager to enhance service delivery, optimize operations, and support a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has experience in process analysis, documentation, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to support process optimization and improve workflow efficiency within the Client Education team.

  • Document current processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

  • Support change initiatives by applying basic change management tools and communicating updates to affected teams.

  • Maintain departmental documentation, including SOPs and SWIs, ensuring compliance and consistency.

  • Prepare performance metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

  • Evaluate and integrate tools and technologies that improve the timeliness and quality of Client Education deliverables.

  • Prepare internal user guides, release notes, and training materials to support process changes.

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Power App automations managing departmental workflows.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to align educational offerings and ensure consistent service standards.

  • Support senior analysts and managers in executing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining standard monthly reports and departmental documentation.

  • Maintain departmental planning tools, including process tracking and status updates.

  • Research market trends, tools, vendors, and industry standards to support informed decision-making.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to meet evolving business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, IT, or a related field preferred.

  • Certifications in process improvement, change management, or workflow automation (e.g., ITIL, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Power Apps) are an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a support role within customer training, adult education, process improvement, or related business operations.

  • Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical trial environments is a plus.

  • Familiarity with documentation tools, reporting systems, business intelligence platforms, and automated workflow solutions.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Knowledge of process documentation, improvement techniques, and workflow automation.

  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and work independently.

  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • Focused approach to troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions.
