Job Description

Position: Brand Manager – SelfCare & Wellness (OTC)
Location: Princeton, NJ (In-person role)
Reporting To: Director, Brand Management – E-Commerce & Omni Channel


Role Summary

We are seeking a Brand Manager for Dr. Reddy’s SelfCare & Wellness business to strategically build and scale our OTC brands across the E-Commerce/Omnichannel ecosystem. This role will develop, execute, and optimize brand promotional plans to achieve business goals while driving innovation in the OTC product category.

The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, entrepreneurial, and results-driven, with the ability to balance creativity, analytics, and strong business acumen.


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Growth

    • Develop growth roadmap for OTC brands aligned with long-term business strategy.

    • Analyze market dynamics, consumer behavior, and category trends to identify actionable insights.

    • Monitor competitive landscape and track brand performance to recommend corrective actions.

  • Financial & Business Performance

    • Deliver financial targets and explore strategies to improve profitability in a competitive market.

    • Manage and optimize AMS & AMG investments on Amazon.

  • Marketing Campaigns & Execution

    • Design and execute marketing campaigns across channels: paid social, SEM, SEO, programmatic display, affiliate, email/SMS, and e-commerce platforms.

    • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for acquisition, retention, and ROI.

  • Brand Building & Communication

    • Develop brand messaging and ensure consistent communication across touchpoints.

    • Drive engagement by creating dynamic content and enhancing customer experience across platforms.

    • Establish brand guidelines and maintain cohesive storytelling across digital and offline channels.

  • Partnerships & Collaboration

    • Manage external agency and digital vendor relationships to deliver best practices.

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams including legal and regulatory to ensure compliance of all promotional content.

    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive new product development and innovation.


Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required.

    • MBA preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in brand management or consumer marketing (preferably DTC, Amazon, or retailer marketplaces).

    • Experience in healthcare, beauty, e-commerce, or agency environment is a strong plus.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Digitally savvy with strong knowledge of SEO (on-page/off-page, keyword research, content, schema).

    • Deep expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

    • Strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to link marketing actions to business results.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with AI/business intelligence tools.

    • Collaborative, strategic thinker with creativity and attention to detail.
