Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead IAM initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic IT service delivery. This leadership role combines team development, process optimization, and governance oversight to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient IT services aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Mentor, coach, and develop IAM team members to build high-performing, resilient teams.

  • Promote cross-training and knowledge-sharing to reduce dependency risks.

  • Encourage professional development through mentorship programs and stretch assignments.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:

  • Lead initiatives to streamline IAM workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance service quality.

  • Champion automation and AI-driven processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

  • Optimize global shift handoffs and operations to ensure continuity and team work-life balance.

Service Delivery & Governance:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of IAM services, ensuring alignment with SLAs and internal expectations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal customers through engagement and open communication.

  • Support lifecycle management by retiring legacy systems and dormant digital assets.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service health, efficiency, and team productivity.

  • Use data-driven insights to guide proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in process improvement, service delivery, and KPI-driven performance management.

  • Hands-on knowledge of IAM technologies, including user directories, account lifecycle management, single sign-on, security protocols, and change management.

  • Strong interest in emerging IAM trends, industry standards, and technologies.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle fast-paced environments effectively.
