Job Purpose

The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing brand performance, driving profitability, and ensuring successful execution of marketing strategies. This role includes overseeing the product lifecycle, launching line extensions, executing sales promotion campaigns, and enhancing brand positioning.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Sales Performance

  • Develop and implement brand plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

2. Strategy Execution & Market Analysis

  • Monitor strategy implementation by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze execution outcomes and recommend adjustments for optimization.

3. Training & Capability Building

  • Conduct training programs for internal teams to improve product knowledge and in-clinic effectiveness.
  • Foster alignment between marketing and sales teams to ensure strategic execution.

4. Scientific & Industry Engagement

  • Represent the company at scientific conferences to enhance therapy development and brand credibility.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Full-time MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience: 1-3 years, preferably in Brand Management.
