Position:
Associate/Senior Associate/Manager, Global Medical Information, Neuroscience

Purpose:
The Global Medical Information (GMI) team ensures that customer inquiries (consumers, healthcare professionals, and payers) receive prompt, accurate responses at the first touchpoint. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining global strategies for products post-launch and supporting the delivery of medical information deliverables at product launches.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage successful relationships within compound and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate across regions, geographies, alliance partners, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Manage a global portfolio of Medical Information responses, including:
    • Medical letters
    • FAQs
    • Slide kits
    • Literature searches
    • Publications
    • Webpages
  • Respond to unsolicited Medical Information inquiries from HCPs and consumers in a compliant manner.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Utilize customer insights to drive Medical Information strategy.
  • Deliver Medical Information through an omnichannel content strategy.
  • Provide product/disease area training to affiliate and call center partners.
  • Offer staffing support and expertise at Medical Information booths at scientific congresses.
  • Provide coaching and participate in transformational initiatives.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare profession.
  • 2+ years of industry experience, OR work experience in designated therapeutic areas, OR Master’s/PhD in a healthcare profession.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Additional Preferences:

  • Mastery of written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Ability to assimilate and communicate large volumes of medical information.
  • Proficiency in literature searches and review processes.
  • Comfort with emerging technologies (e.g., content management systems, customer interaction analytics).
  • High-level end-user computer skills (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, PowerPoint).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $57,750 - $129,800
