About the job:
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization established to centralize processes and activities supporting Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO aims to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.

Main responsibilities:

People:

  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders (medical scientific community) within the allocated Global Business Unit and product.

  • Coordinate with Project Specialists and Project Managers to lead and develop SBO operational activities.

  • Ensure the adoption of new technologies for operational improvements.

Performance:

  • Ensure publication/medical education materials (e.g., slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts) are delivered and stored according to agreed timelines and quality standards.

  • Develop tools, technology, and processes to consistently improve quality and productivity.

Process:

  • Support project delivery in terms of resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and adherence to high technical standards for the medical writing group.

  • Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high scientific standards for medical/scientific documents and clinical/medical reports.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal/operational risk controls.

Stakeholder:

  • Collaborate closely with scientific communication/medical content enhancement teams to ensure the effective delivery of designated publication/medical education deliverables.

About you:

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical communications environment.

Soft skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Technical skills:

  • Project management and scientific/medical writing/communications expertise.

  • Pharma experience, including exposure to therapeutic areas, publication submission, and compliance processes.

Education:

  • University degree (Graduate level, preferably in science).

  • Advanced or postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline is desirable.

Languages:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
