Job Summary:

The Associate Project Manager will manage client relationships, oversee team operations, and ensure the timely and budget-compliant delivery of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) projects. This includes working on literature reviews, developing dossiers, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality outputs in line with client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature searches and reviews to provide structured reports on health economics, epidemiology, burden of disease, and treatment patterns.

  • Contribute to Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Targeted Literature Review (TLR) projects, including data extraction, summary, and report writing.

  • Support the creation of Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), Reimbursement Dossiers, and Manuscripts that align with payer and publication standards.

  • Develop clear and compelling slide decks to present complex health economic data to stakeholders.

  • Manage project timelines, costs, and quality to meet client requirements and milestones.

  • Identify potential project risks and propose resolutions to the Project Manager.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and oversee client communications.

  • Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.

  • Perform operational responsibilities, including the development of team members and participation in business development initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Essential:

    • Postgraduate degree (M.Pharm or equivalent) or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (HEOR, epidemiology, market access)

    • 5-7 years of relevant experience

    • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Desired:

    • Experience in Literature Review Reports, Value Dossiers, and Manuscript writing

    • Proven leadership experience in managing client projects and team coordination
