Position Overview
The Associate Manager, Medical Communications & Content Solutions will be responsible for developing and supporting the creation of diverse medical affairs content. This includes but is not limited to:
Abstracts, manuscripts, and congress posters/presentations
Graphical abstracts, systematic literature reviews, and plain language summaries
Slide decks, medical education resources, infographics, videos, and social media content
You will collaborate with internal teams (Graphics, Compliance, Statistics, etc.) to ensure all content is high-quality, compliant, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Research, organize, and quality-check technical and medical content.
Deliver high-quality solutions to stakeholders with alignment from the manager.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and compliance standards.
Get trained and stay updated on new tools and processes, including generative AI platforms for medical content development.
Track project progress and resolve issues with guidance from the manager.
Continuously learn and specialize in new tools/skills for modern content creation.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Advanced scientific degree (MS, MRes, MPharm, PhD, PharmD, MBBS/MD)
Experience: 2+ years in pharmaceutical medicine, medical affairs, or medical compliance
Proven ability to manage independent work while aligning with senior colleagues on timelines and quality
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration
Experience in medical writing or communication within Pharma, Biotech, CRO, or agency environments
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to technology-driven content development
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in specific therapeutic areas
Hands-on experience in medical content creation and multimedia/omnichannel content
Strong digital and technology adoption skills
Global or international experience in work or education
