What You Will Do

As an Associate Manufacturing, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Plant Operations
    Assist Manufacturing Associates in troubleshooting and the execution of daily operations.
    Monitor and analyze processing parameters, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    Prepare solutions and equipment, as well as stage raw materials and single-use parts for dispensing.

  • Cleanroom and Equipment Maintenance
    Support environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and assist with the staging and washing of equipment.
    Perform filter integrity testing of sterilizing filters and support in-process testing of production samples.

  • Safety and Regulatory Compliance
    Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety audits, and regulatory requirements.
    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and comply with EHS requirements.

  • Physical Requirements
    Perform manual lifting, carrying, and repetitive tasks with ergonomic principles in mind.
    Stand for long durations during shifts and manage physical tasks in a production floor setting.


What We Expect of You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with 2 years of related experience, OR
  • Associate’s degree in Science or Engineering with 4 years of related experience, OR
  • High School diploma or GED with 6 years of directly related experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of plant operations, equipment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cGMP and EHS compliance, especially in clean-room plant operations.
  • Familiarity with Emerson DeltaV, LIMS, and TrackWise systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, team player mentality, and ability to perform manual tasks and heavy lifting.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work any shift, including rotating or 24/7 schedules as needed.
  • Basic computer operations skills, such as using MS Office and email.
