Responsibilities:

  • Meet all client SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

  • Ensure team is trained per client-specific needs

  • Analyze team performance and drive process improvements

  • Plan and manage staffing strategies with support departments

  • Conduct regular team meetings

  • Communicate all updates to team leads and document them

  • Act as single point of contact for team leads for all client and team member-related matters

  • Supervise teams daily: productivity, quality %, absenteeism

  • Support team leads in performance appraisals according to company policies
